Projekt, którego kuratorami są Cristiana Perrella, Andrea Viliani oraz Vittoria Pavesi, ma na celu przywrócenie ducha i pamięci o epokowej wystawie „Materializacja języka”, która odbyła się w 1978 roku w ramach 38. Biennale w Wenecji pod kuratorstwem artystki, poetki i performerki Mirelli Bentivoglio. Poświęcona twórczości osiemdziesięciu międzynarodowych artystek i poetek, była to pierwsza (i jedyna) całkowicie kobieca wystawa w historii Biennale.

Projekt zrealizowano dzięki wsparciu Direzione Generale Creatività Contemporanea (Dyrekcja generalna ds. kreatywności współczesnej) włoskiego Ministerstwa Kultury w ramach programu Italian Council (2023).
The project, curated by Cristiana Perrella, Andrea Viliani and Vittoria Pavesi, aims to revive the spirit and memory of the epochal exhibition „Materialization of Language”, which took place in 1978 as part of the 38th Venice Biennale under the curatorship of artist, poet and performer Mirella Bentivoglio. Dedicated to the work of eighty international artists and poets, it was the first (and only) all-female exhibition in the history of the Biennale.
We cordially invite you to the inauguration of the exhibition, which will take place on October 8 (Tuesday) at 6:00 p.m. The inauguration will be accompanied by the presentation of a book dedicated to the 1978 exhibition and its reconstruction in Bolzano in 2022.
The project was carried out with the support of the Direzione Generale Creatività Contemporanea (Directorate General for Contemporary Creativity) of the Italian Ministry of Culture within the framework of the Italian Council programme (2023).
