Charades

Wojtek Doroszuk, young Krakow-based artist has mastered the use of the image; he does not abstain from experiments, maintaining harmony through conscious editing and balancing of all the different elements. His art has been appreciated by the curators of Location One in New York where he was awarded a scholarship between 2009 and 2010. During that time, Doroszuk has been invited to participate in Marina Abramovic’s exhibition in her newly opened institute in San Francisco. Also, in 2009 the artist has obtained the Public’s Award Deutsche Bank’s “Views” competition, given bi-annually to the most promising young Polish artists.
